Hi. We noticed in the last couple of weeks that our water pressure was cut down quite a bit. I tried turning on the bypass on our softener, a kenmore ultrasoft 100, and then we had full pressure again. I did a lot of googling and found videos on disassembling and cleaning the screens inside the top cap area. Seems simple enough but it sounds like that only relates to the softener not softening, not necessarily pressure. So, can someone describe (or know of a video) how to clean out any lines that may be gunked up that would cause the low pressure problem? Thank you.

CLR is great for dissolving all that stuff like calcium. magnesium ect . I would put in into the pipes that seem to be slow , let is sit for awhile the flush . See if that helps .
