Whatever that shower "system" you have is definitely defective.
Call the manufacturer.
There is a reason we plumbers only install major manufacturers product lines.

It seems like you have multiple heads or sprays, and also a handheld spray.

Can you get in there and use your ears or fingers to see where exactly that pulsing is coming from?

It might be the valve cartridge, or the diverter, or one of the sprays could have a bad flow restrictor.

Also, post the exact brand and model of everything.

If it is weird foreign stuff, then their customer service is often useless or non-existent.

Thanks for the response. I'm using a THM Mixer with diverter. I narrowed down the problem to the diverter and will keep trouble shooting. I bought expensive on the impression that it would be quality.

This is the item here - Veneto Bath | VEN-SET 6

Take out the diverter, flush it and also the valve body.

If it keeps screaming, ask the vendor for new parts.

Under the mixer are two brass screws. I don't know what they do but when I turn them the noise changes. Does anyone know what they do?

They look like service stops (hot and cold inlet shutoff valves).
Don’t you have a user manual for your new valve?

Try turning them all the way to the left and see what happens.
