Hi I'm wolf diy guy roughing in basement bath

Hi guys I'm roughing in bathroom downstairs and I need help with the city sewer hookup part of it.i broke up a little bit of cement where the toilet was to be located but it looks like that cleanout was I capped off and no longer went to the main city sewer at the the drain there was a plastic cap as well. I'm trying to figure out where to dig first of all and second of all what materials I'll need and a general game plan for what I need to do with venting and such I know it's a lot to ask I appreciate your time in advance I'm sending a lot of pictures I'm putting in a bath tub instead of a shower, toilet and sink
