Just found this forum today as I needed to find some info about cold water accumulator pressure vessels. We have a private water supply via a borehole and treatment plant, and the accumulator is part of this system to stabilise water pressure and stop the pump constantly cycling on and off.

Many thanks Havasu, I did as you suggested and posted pictures of my filtration plant, and one of the members, Russ Smart, was able to help me solve my problem, so many thanks to him and the forum, extremely helpful and useful, and saved me an expensive call out.
