Help with Moen Faucet model and set screw size

Please help me identify this 16 year old Moen shower faucet model number and set screw size.

If you’re planning on repairing that Moen, I would probably drill out the set screw, remove the trim and replace the faucet. 16 years has been quite a long service life for a shower valve.

Regarding set screw size.
I would take out my set of small allen wrenches and find the one that fits.
So I would recommend you get yourself a set or two.
You can get a set of both metric and SAE for cheap money through Harbor Freight.

Sixteen years is not a long time in the service life of a good shower valve, and Moen valves are fairly good.
Many of them can last fifty years easily.
Now, it might be time for a new valve cartridge.
