Hello everyone. I'm trying to replace the spigot on my outdoor faucet. I tried to take it off but am afraid that if I apply too much pressure, the pvc is going to cracking. Will that be easy to replace if this happens? I know all the pipes in the house are pvc. I attached a pic of what I want to replace. Any help would be appreciated. As you can tell I'm not sure how to proceed. Thanks in advance!

Thanks john. Ive been trying to pry the old spigot off w/just locking pliers. I'm assuming I should hold the pvc bushing back w/another set of locking pliers, or is there a specific one I need. just b/c I only have the one locking plier, I'd need to get another one. Thanks again!
