Help identifying

Older home, removed sprayer hose from sink, found this, can't find an adapter to connect to another hose and can't use my kitchen sink right now. Please help.

Sadly it’s not that old of a faucet. It’s a delta. Buy a delta spray hose. A new one will serve you better. Looks like the installer didn’t seal the faucet base plate and it been dripping. Now it looks old. But delta started that clip style in early 2000’s.
