Help identifying faucet

Hey all, have a broken kitchen faucet that I’d like to replace. However I cannot find any manufacturer logo or model number. I’m not very handy so I’m not sure how to take the faucet apart to count the splines on the broach. Anyone have any idea who made this faucet, or advice on how to research further?

There is some writing on the pull out part naer the aerator but I can't read it,if you turn the goose neck back towards the center of the sink,you may see writing, at the base of the spout

I right clicked the image, opened in new tab, expanded image and saw "A112.18.1M" & googled.
Looks like it's a Delta - a112.18.1m delta - Google Search

Nix that, turns out the number is an ASTM standard for the aerator, I also got Moen when I removed "Delta" from the search.

No, just trying to replace the faucet head.

Yep, sorry I should have said that I researched all of those numbers and unfortunately they aren't specific to any particular manufacturer.

I’ve never seen it and I do service everyday. Probably a big box or Costco special.

For standard names, like Moen, Delta, Kohler, it might be worthwhile, but faucets aren't as expensive relative to time as they used to be.

I'd suggest putting this post in other plumbing forums, just in case someone recognizes it, but odds are you'll want to replace the faucet in the end.
