Possibly CHICAGO need to see the stem to confirm
I have never seen Chicago with those style handles but I guess it is possible. The handles look more like old style Price Pfister.

But like you said, the only way to confirm is to pull the stem.

it is a Canadian crane kitchen faucet, On of the best with a dial ease cartridge . I love working on them .
 
Wow, brings back nice memories of my grandma’s apartment kitchen in Chicago.
She even had that same kind of aerator.
We used to call it Sputnik, haha!
