help identify a shower handle that would fit on this stem

The 3 handled shower is about 20 years old and has plastic Chrome looking handles. The handle cracked (see photo of inside of the handle) and I've been to three stores and cannot find a handle like this. Does anyone know this stem? Thank you.

Delta. Just grab the acrylic kind on the shelf. Metal ones may have to be ordered.
