help! bathtub bonnet nut not coming off

hi everyone, i donot want to force it before i know which part is to force on, or which part is going to be screwed off . i have attached photos.

i tried hard enough to turn the brass hex part counter clockwise, pls help!

what brand is it … when you know that you can find a blown up pic that shows how it goes together...looks like you could use a socket set on it but find out the brand so you can see pics

Before trying to remove the nut turn the stem to half open.
