Hi everyone, thanks for letting me join. After overpaying for a house last year I'm stuck trying to do as much of the handy work as I can. I'm a pilot by trade, so now construction or trade work experience, but I'm a quick study, and I've gotten a fairly quick education in DIY subjects and techniques. I'm also very cautious, knowing my own limits and am open to learning what I'm doing wrong and what I can do better. Currently working on remodeling (re-fixturing) a downstairs basement full bath. Thanks in advance for all the help.
