Nothing is easy. I have this faucet (see pic below) that is leaking. I removed the screw in the middle and that is as far as I can go. Anyone know how to remove handle of this type? Should I just brute-forced it and yank it out? There is nothing to unscrew or loosen behind the white handle. the two rusted bolts in the back are for mounting only. Any idea? thanks in advance.

That plastic handle should just come right off. Just wiggle and pull. Under that you will find a plastic packing nut to remove to unscrew the stem with the washer on it. Be careful reinstalling the packing nut, I've seen some cross threaded by the homeowner.
Remember to shut the water main off before removing.
