Hansgrohe Overhead shower leaks

Hi all,
I got a Hansgrohe Overhead shower 150 leaks water out from the gap. I then opened the head itself and also found the clear old ring ( not sure what is the exact name for this) kind of loose and then broken after the 2nd time I opened it. I email Hansgrohe and was able to talk to the customer service supervisor guy but then after the second reply, in a sudden he just blocked my email )) very weird, with no reason. Where can I buy the clear gasket/O ring or maybe it is not the ring which make the whole head leak like this?

I would just get a tube of liquid gasket and be done with it.

Buy a new showerhead. Easier and quicker.

An update on this. I called the company and they sent me 2 brand new shower heads. Quick fix

The company does take a few days to reply to any inquiry. When they do get back to you, the information is highly pertinent. I don't have any leaks in my Hansgrohe Axor fixture, but needed to id the model and get the part # of cartridge (you know, just in case). Glad it worked out for you.
