I have an older shower with the three handle system. Two of the handles started spinning without turning on water/going from bath to shower head. I took the handles off and see that the grooves for the handles to grip on to and turn have worn down badly- so now I can only turn on the water using a pair of pliers. Can I replace just those pieces? If so, how?IMG_3328.jpegIMG_3329.jpeg

You’ll need to replace the stems and the handles.

You’ll need to turn the water off to do that.

Is that something you can do without cutting into the wall? I’m guessing the stems connect behind the wall, but just confirming…

It all comes out from the front. Watch a few YouTube videos before you start.
