one of our pipes rotted out under the kitchen sink and we had to change out. Since changing Plumbing under the kitchen sink there is always a couple inches of standing water in the disposal? When I run the disposal water shoots out of the other side of the sink with a bunch of gunk in it. I think we put the PVC Plumbing in wrong I have attached pix please help

You have several issues there.

You don’t need two elbows coming out of the disposal.

Your drain pipe leaving the disposal is running uphill to the tee under the other sink.

The tee needs a longer tailpiece above it, to move the tee lower down.

Your tee might be on upside down.

If there is a baffle inside your tee, it should direct disposal water down, not up into the other sink.

Here is a good pic of how yours should look. 46A772BF-2995-46D1-B283-EB446F182939.jpeg

The disposer outlet and tee inlet can both rotate, to be directly facing each other, no elbows needed.

With the tee inlet about a 1/4 inch lower, to correctly drain by gravity.
