Finishing a Basement - Adding 2nd Toilet to Floor Drain?

Hi - am finishing a basement and have a full bath rough-in. I am wondering if its possible to add a 2nd toilet to the floor drain? I am hoping to create a 2nd half bath with a toilet on one side of the wall and another on the other side. I realize I would need to cut into the basement floor - but wondering if this is possible? Any drawbacks?

You would have to remove the p-trap of the floor drain under the concrete and also add a vent. Also it would have to be
a 3" or 4" floor drain.
