Field Issue? (See photo)

Been in this 4 bedroom house for 3 years. Septic was pumped when we moved in. Grass in what I'm guessing is the laterals or septic field is very green when the rest of the yard is still dormant. You can see the tank lid in the foreground and the green grass beyond it. There is some standing water in the green grass. Assuming this is an issue that we should get looked at?

Standing water over your fieldlines is bad news unless it just rained. Yes, get it checked.
