few short conduits under driveway

Hi folks, planning to re-pave driveaway and want to bury 2-3 conduits across for a sprinkler system (new runs or repair). Local stores carry 50 ft 3/4" 100 psi rated utility thin black lines in stock. Can I use 3/4" PEX-B instead?

I would use 2” pvc. You can use whatever you’d like.

2" PVC sch40 would be nice, but would it survive compaction?
