Faucet Access

I’d like to replace the (washer? cartridge?) on my parent’s dripping faucet, but I can’t find a way into the thing. No “hot/cold” cap, etc.

Any ideas appreciated.

How about Allen set screw or maybe the handle threads off is there any name on the faucet?????

No recesses for even the tiniest set screw that I can feel. No brand name. Haven’t tried wrenching off the handle.

Maybe it pulls straight up and off, can you take those pics to a plumbing supply house maybe they have seen it
