Is it acceptable to install a mound leach system over a failed leach field?
Our system is old and my wife and I were wondering how much room to leave for a reserve field that won't have trees, shrubs, or a garden. We are just wondering what are options will be if our current system starts to fail and reserve field doesn't pass perc test. We are trying to reach our health dept., but haven't made contact yet. Thanks for any insights.
