Eljer Titan 4 being a pain

Bought a Titan with Moisture Guard yesterday at Menards and would like to replace the toilet handle with the one from Menards that matches our faucets etc, are all handles interchangeable? The new handle piece that extends into the bowl is different than the one currently on the new toilet. Not sure if they are compatable. Thanks for any help.

Flush handles can vary considerably. Post pictures of both, sometimes they can be bent to fit.

Thanks for the response on the flush handles. I assumed they would be all compatable but sounds like I was wrong. the parts are plastic so I guess I will not be able to bend them. Thanks again for responding
