Dual sink in kitchen only drains with other sink open

Sink on right has garbage disposal and drains VERY slowly IF the sink on left is plugged (full of dishwater). If sink on left is open, the sink on the right drains fine. Tried adding a vent, but it didn’t work. Maybe it’s in the wrong place? This started when garbage disposal was replaced. Any help is appreciated.

That vent you have pictured should be on the pipe going int the wall.
Was that vent there befor3 the disposal,
Did everything work fine without that vent before
How far is the vent tee sticking into the tee above the p trap

The vent was added attempting to fix the slow drain. It was not there before and the drain worked fine prior to the disposal being replaced. The vent tee is not too far into the tee above the p trap, but I did notice that the receiving tee above the trap has a channel in it (separating water from sink left and sink right) that seems it would restrict water flow somewhat. Thanks!

Yes, remove the tee, and install it on the trap arm just before it goes into the trap adapter in the wall.

Also, the air admittance vent might have gotten plugged up with pulverized mush from the disposer.

Clean it out or get a new one.

That little diverter in the Tee on the other sink is meant to keep high pressure drain water from the disposer from gushing up into the other sink.

If you are stumped, call a pro.

Because this slow draining problem will eventually cause a clog far down the line in your house drain.
You can pay now, or pay later.

It doesn't look like the drain goes into the wall. It looks like it goes down into the floor. Can you take a picture from the left?

Your right I just expanded the pi so instead of that going into the floor replace it with a tee and on top of the tee put that vent
