DRIPPING RAINFALL SHOWER AND RECYLING 4bar pump

Constant drip from rainfall head unit in shower room.
Unit is a hudson/read i believe.

Pump kicking in every 10 mins its a Stuart Turner 3years old.

Also have very noisey water pipes on opening all bar mains cold water.

+ Need new sealant all around shower room. This time with sealant that will 100% not go mildue.

Ideas? On all or any.
Questions will 100% be answered by me.
Anybody in bedfordshire area available to pop round Look/email estimate ASAP.
