New member here thanks for the help
I have as jack and jill sink upstairs drain that is backing up. Tried to run a snake down in but cant get it to make the turn to go down it just comes out the other drain is there a clean out somewhere I could use? Also could it be a clogged vent coming out the roof and what is the best way to check it? Also took both P traps apart and cleaned them to the wall. No other drains in the house are backing up or slow draining.

That double fixture fitting is likely the WRONG FITTING.
It is supposed to be a special fitting called a "double fixture tee" or a Figure 5 fitting. Those fittings allow the snake to go the right direction and prevent what you experienced.
A good plumber with the right equipment might be able to get at it, though.
Also, it might be able to be snaked from the roof, but that depends on how the vent piping is arranged.
Cleanouts are not required above the first floor of a dwelling.

Try snaking while turning the handle counter-clockwise.
Especially where it tries to stop advancing.

Advance very slowly, with lots of spinning.

And try turning a million times more revolutions than you have before.

Or give the coil tip of the drain snake a very slight bend, like 5 degrees off of straight.

Sometimes, that helps it go around a bend.
