Hi, new here to this forum. I'm a general contractor buying a house that has a septic tank. I don't know much about septic tanks. It's a mound type system and the owner who is also a GC says the dosing chamber is located above the tank. There is only one access cover to it which is also not gas tite. Is this a legit system?
Dosing chamber on top of tank?
