The ABS is 3 inch connected to a 4 inch cast iron sewer pipe. The drain will be used for a toilet. Will the bends in the 45 degree connectors create a choke point or clogging?

The problem most likely would be the fernco boots you used will deflect/sag. Then you’ll get blockages in that wye at the bottom.

I personally would have used a Long Radius Combo and put one 45 in the horizontal line kicking it to the right in your picture so it would line up with the Combo Tee-Wye.

You might consider digging out more under the ABS and more upstream and downstream under the cast iron and place some concrete up to the belly of the pipe to somewhat ease Twowaxkack's concern of the wye settling away from the cast iron.

You've couldve rolled the sweep on a 45 to make a straight shot down instead of an extra offset.
