Damp patch

Hi I’m looking for a diagnosis on a problem I’ve got near to my front door

I'd be digging around the pipes in the wall. If it was your door threshold, the water would not be wicking up the wall next to those pipes.

take up the carpet and have a look , also what are those pipes going from the wall into the floor
