Copper repiping and soldering under the crawlspace

Hello,
I am getting copper repiping for my house and the contractor has to go into the crawl space to put new copper pipes.
I would like to know the safety precautions that a contractor should take while soldering under the house in tight spaces.
Or there any other alternatives to soldering in the crawl space.
Hopefully, the members can share their experiences.

There should be plenty of air flow. A fire extinguisher handy. And a flame shield.
