I need to connect the drain hose from a standard Bosch dishwasher to a 2-inch drain pipe. What product could I use to do this?

 Make that from the dishwasher to a standard size P-trap...

If the connection is not trapped, that is illegal.

I think you should provide a picture of exactly what you have for the best responses.
Or google it to see the many examples of how to do it.

6''.png lots of answers

to hook up a dishwasher as per code
you will need an
1] air gap fitting, https://www.homedepot.com/p/ALFI-BRAND-Air-Gap-Cover-and-Tube-for-Kitchen-Dishwasher-Valve-AB2609-PC/309479378?cm_mmc=Shopping|B|Base|D29B|29-23_TUBS_AND_SHOWERS|NA|PLA|71700000033640685|58700003909528701|92700031449048838&msclkid=5b7a78afc74c1c70f41025c2d35b7b60&gclid=CPHaocKasuQCFYtzgQodJDYMvw&gclsrc=ds
2] a p trap

you did not say if the dishwasher was connecting to the sink drain
you just said a 2'' pipe

drill a 1 1/4'' hole in counter top
install air gap fitting
run the hose from the washer to the air gap fitting
then run a hose from the air gap to the ptrap
i suggest you buy a 2'' x 3/4'' reducer
and a rubber disposal boot https://www.homedepot.com/p/InSinkE...SinkErator-Garbage-Disposals-DWC-00/100162549 to connect to the 2'' trap
