Hi, quick Q. About the PVC baffle replacement. I didn't see in the threads if I should remove the concrete baffle walls completely, ( mine are somewhat deteriorated and partially broken down ), or cleared out enough to allow for the Tee to be installed?
Thank you for your help,
Doug

Ok,then install the tee like the septic guy who looked the it said do.

My tank has two baffles that separates the three chambers. No tee would accomplish this.

Install the T, that works very well.

Ok, I am installing the tee. I will try to rephrase my original question:. Do the old concrete baffle walls need to be completely broken down, or can I bust out just enough of them to allow room to install the tee?

I would think it's fine to just remove enough to install the T, as long as it's fairly solid. If pieces break off and fall to the bottom it might be a problem for a pumper in the future.
