Cleanout is Seeping - Should I be Concerned?

See pic below. This seepage has been slowly accumulating and I'm wondering if it's time to call a pro. I'm fairly handy, but the prospect of raw sewage in my basement leads me to avoid any DIY inclinations for this one.

Just don't use any water or flush toilets before or during the few minutes it will take you to unscrew the plug. Wipe some Teflon paste thread sealant on the plug threads and screw it back in. Use a thread sealant that is approved for plastic
Just don't lick your fingers when you're done.
Keep your mouth closed. Piece of cake.
But then again, the pros don't mind doing a quick and easy job once in a while.
