Hello Folks . Looking for ideas on how to quiet a chemical-feed pump. I tried boxing it in with 2 inch thick foam board but this did not make any difference in the noise level. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Lot of clicking going on with those type pumps. Can you put the pump on the other side of a wall and run the supply and feed lines through?
Thank you Valve man. I will try that or something similar.

The noise is probably being transmitted through the pipes as well.

Use some pex to connect the pump.

Concrete block filled with sand helps control noise too. Build a wall with it.

Twowaxhack, thanks for the advice. I am going to encase this pump and hopefully never hear from it again.

When not mounted on a tank we install them on anti-vibration pads. They are inexpensive and make a significant difference in the amount of noise transferred
