I have a very old sewer machine with a 75' reel. I have more cable but not sure if the reel will hold it? I need 90'-100' to reach end of line. If not where could I find a 100' reel? TIA

At a tool rental store.
Or maybe HD or Lowes also rent machines with that length.

Yours looks pretty stuffed already, IMHO.

I would not trust a weld to rusty metal like that.

Your day will turn cloudy if the cable snaps off inside the drain.

not sure that co is still in biz....but most machines are rated for certain cable length if you change it the drum won't spin as fast and it more than likely won't fit in the drum.....like jeff handy said if you need a longer cable rent the machine
that will push that cable length
