You could also:
1) Rob a bank and buy a few cars as well
2) move to a Republican state

3) Pay the fine, since this is what we have been doing all along.

But at least our lazy ass homeless have free phones, free internet, free houses, free transportation and free food. It's just a shame our stray dogs in the shelters don't get this type of preferential treatment!
