Built in shaving step in glass block,

Hello all.
Hope this isn't too off topic for this forum. My wife will need a shaving step in our new shower. (under construction) I would like to come up with a way to put it in the back wall, which is glass block. Replace one of the blocks with it. Any ideas?????

Don't they make a thin glass block replacement? I assume the opposite side is visible? I honestly believe I would leave the glass block without any protrusions and install a teak wood step, which could be removed for cleaning.
