Hey guys
I’m purchasing a home and the inspector noted a plumbing issue - when the toilet flushes (especially after sitting for 10 minutes or so) large air bubbles follows by small bubbles are coming up from the sewer hole.
I tried dumping a bucket of water down into the bowl and when I flushed like that I don’t get any air bubbles.
I keep asking sellers to have the vent stack and line scoped but the “plumber” they having coming out says there nothing wrong.
I was under the assumption for was a clogged vent stack or roots in a line. I ran every faucet in the house for a solid 15 minutes at the same time, nothing backed up.
Thoughts?
