When you see the price of a 12 outlet manifold, you'll do what I always did: Go trunk and branch on both cold and hot.
In my 2015 catalog that LF2501200 had a list price of $628.45 when copper was cheap

When I needed a set of manifolds for my driveway de-icing system, I had them custom made and assembled them myself.

I used Alberta Custom Tee out of Canada 🇨🇦 to fabricate the manifolds (using an automated tee-puller machine) and put Dahl Brothers valves on each port. You specify every detail of the manifolds (pipe sizing, lengths, spacing) and their machine fabricates it precisely and brazes on the stubs. The Dahl Brothers valves are modular; you specify the body type, connection type (compression, NPT, etc.) even handle color.

The results were flawless manifolds to my exact specifications with zero compromise. The price was to me, surprisingly affordable.

Those professional and industrial plumbers who are on this forum know of portable Tee-drills, but the manifolds at Alberta were made on automated and programmable equipment.

I should add that in a de-icing application (which was mine) "full flow" was required. All the off the shelf manifolds (that I could find at the time) didn't offer full flow, and dropped both pressure and volume. Volume and flow is critical in de-icing. The Dahl valves were full flow. This may not be required in a potable water application, or interior radiant heat, but it sure was required on de-icing.
