It looks close, but you may be able to cut off the pipe from the sanitee and use a PVC Socket Saver tool to remove the remaining pipe in the sanitee, A street ell may make your centerline requirement. If not, it will be a lot of work to get the drain over the inch or so just to meet that centerline,
But why is that centerline a requirement? This is obviously a sink, and you have lots of adjustment with the P-trap. It does not have to be in line with the sink drain, and often time it is much easier install if it is not. So do as Twowaxhack said and just cut the line out of the sanitee 3/4" from the sanitee and glue a 90 on to that stub. First glue a short piece pipe to 90 so that you can be sure that pipe is sloped 1/4" per foot back to the drain.
