Situation: Failed copper feed for two bathrooms back to back
The least intrusive repair is to thread 3/4" PEX down to the basement
Supply pressure is a solid 50psi

Question: Will one 3/4" PEX adequately supply two bathroom groups?

Note: The concern is about pressure changes when both bathrooms are in use.
I.e. Shower in use & WC flush.

Thank you for your response.

How high above the meter is this bathroom?
Approximately 18'. The meter is in the basement, and it is a second floor bathroom.
Add another 6' or so if you want to get to the top of the shower head.

3/4" won't quite do it. In order to say for sure there are more specifics that need to be cleared up, but most likley not. Use 1"
