Currently finishing my basement and am now working on the bathroom. I'm installing a Saniflo macerating unit with a toilet, shower and sink flowing to it. I DO NOT have any pre-plumbed venting. Obviously I'm below grade (single family ranch) and cannot access my existing plumbing vent stacks. What are my options to vent these items to the outside? If I vent them out the side of my house, will they smell?

Actually an AAV is not adequate for such a system.

Sump systems require a vent to the outside to equalize air pressure. An AAV only allows air in. It does not allow air to escape. An enclosed system ALWAYS requires a dedicated vent through the roof.

They will smell. You're going to need to vent through the roof. It may be intimidating to cut in a new flashing, but don't worry, there's nothing to it.

You likely have a closet wall that you can follow to the roof with minimum drywall damage.
