I received an email from the forum noting I hadn't be around for a while. Just to fill you in I am a father doing some plumbing renovations on my daughter's new home. I'm not a professional plumber or contractor, just someone looking for plumbing help and advice from time to time so my apearance here is likely to be infrequent.
