Anyone know how to fix this pipe/drywall issue?

Hello. This is caused by sloppy drywall work. Hole was cut too big. Is there any type of flat cover I can buy to fix the gap and cover the hole? I dont want to have to putty around hole. Please see pic and thank you for suggestions .

Get out the drywall tape and mud.

cut the plastic white escutcheon off of the pipe, then as SHR said, mud that hole up
with tape and drywall mud.
then, buy what is called a split ring escutcheon to snap together around the pipes

If you don't want to patch it try this.
get a square of vinyl and cut a hole in it. then make a cut from hole to edge.
slide it over the pipe and glue it to the wall.
