Another - Unable to find trim kit. What cartridge is this?

Is it not possible to adapt an existing deck mount faucet to another manufacturer without tearing apart the tub and tile? I was hoping I could just replace what's here with Delta, but even Delta is telling me I need a new "rough in" kit. If you can help me identify this manufacturer, I'll see if they have something that matches what I bought for the sinks. - Thanks!

That’s the Monticello model of Moen.

No, yiu can’t install trim from one manufacturer to another. Even trim from the same manufacturer may not fit unless it was designed for that model.
