Is this a pressure regulator
I have weak water pressure in my house and prior to installing a booster system, I want to check simpler solutions. Is this a pressure regulator/reducer? Do you know of it is adjustable or should I just replace it?- Ferenc

Leaky main water shut off
Howdy The main water shut off coming into my basement has began to leak. My problem is that the shut off value is attached to the pipe as soon as it comes out of the block wall.
