    Overflowing outside drain clog - please help

    Hi guys, Just noticed my outside drain (side of house) is overflowing. Looks like wet toilet paper on the grass and the drain cover has popped off. See pic below. Any tips on how to fix this? It's not a constant flow. Cheers, Dave.
