So finally cracked the conundrum, The washer rubber head was missing from a brand new spindle bought from Bunnings. Replaced it with a new one and no drips! Could you believe it....

Copper - This is the only tap in the entire house which drips - Not a massive issue but annoying! The last thing i could think of is whether the new set of tap is dodgy - Or possibly the washers are low quality.
