Thanks are the oRings Standard? Or do i have to order special?

Couple follow ups. I can't seem to get to anything from the top. Handle off, and all i have is top of the valve. Do i need to remove from the bottom to pull the whole unit out? Where can i get the ORings? Are the specific to the faucet, or is there any standard rings out there?

I have a 10 year old jado faucet. Dual Handle unit. Both the hot and cold are leaking at the same spot. I took off the handle and noticed only a plastic washer and the water coming up when i turn on the water. Both leak when i turn on either hot or cold. Any ideas appreciated.
