well I also have a similar problem.. my electric heater also have some noise sometimes. Its actually a pool water heater and I am so much worried about that noise. Its don't make noise all time but sometimes when the heater runs for 30 to 40 minutes then it starts making noise.

Its David from New York, I recently joined this forum because I have some problems related to plumbing in my swimming pool. I hired a plumber when and he done all the pipe fitting and other work but now I see many leakages in some joints. I will shortly post the photos of leakage area.
