    Sounds like a venting problem. You might want to look into some studor vents for under the sinks. Might help, hard to say without seeing it for myself.

    DONT ever buy/install Glacier Bay 3 handle Valves

    Its always a day ruiner when you go to a job to install something thats owner provided, its almost always the cheapest of the cheap from home depot. I always regret installing pegasus, price pfister, glacier bay, ect. I've too incountered the half way assembled shower valve cartridges. Rediculous.

    ^lol Its going to cost you more money in the long run to keep snaking it. As you keep pulling out the roots that are inside the pipe out with the snake, the ones that have infiltrated at joints are going to keep growing until it splits the pipe/hub. Its going to have to be replaced either...

    Cutting Plastic Pipe

    After some practice, a sawzall with a good blade is perfect for quick cuts on anything under 4". Obviously if you on a new construction job or a big rough in, a chop saw is pratical, But i still prefer my sawzall.

    moen cartridge removal problem

    Based on how you described the problem, it seems like you might need a whole new cartridge, not just the rubber seals that go on the outside of the cartridge that are pictured. Ive never seen one of those valves do what you described, Id double check to make sure the plastic peices that go on...
